Eric graduated from Western Sydney University, Australia with a Bachelor of Business Administration. In 2002, he joined Freedom 55 Financial and in 2014, he incorporated as Sigouin Financial Group Inc. Eric specializes in retirement income and estate planning, helping clients plan and increase their retirement assets. His dedication to helping clients accumulate wealth, reduce taxes and create effective succession plans has earned him many long-standing relationships with happy customers.
Eric enjoys working with business owners to develop collective retirement solutions and benefits for their employees.
When he’s not in the office, Eric, his wife, Lianne, and their two boys spend time at the lake where they enjoy camping, fishing and the outdoors. In the winter, you'll find Eric at the local skating rink teaching skating basics to kids and also having fun on his hockey team.
Marie-Hélène Lanoix-Verreault joined Freedom 55 Financial in 2016. With six years of experience in a financial institution, she has in-depth knowledge of the many aspects of financial planning.
She excels at working with new employees and helping young families develop solid but flexible financial plans that evolve according to their needs and goals. She also enjoys designing retirement plans and facilitating succession plans. Marie-Hélène is passionate about accompanying clients on their journey, and that’s what motivates her to always keep abreast of new developments in the world of financial planning.
Marie-Hélène graduated with distinction from Collège Boréal in Business Administration - Administrative Assistant in 2007. She completed her life insurance certification when she joined Freedom 55 Financial and she has been a Certified Financial Planner® since August 2019.
Marie-Hélène lives in the suburbs of Hearst, Ont. with her husband and her son. She demonstrates her commitment to her community by engaging with various organizations. She’s a great outdoor amateur and loves animals of all kinds.
Jessie comes with a baggage of experience and knowledge both in customer service and office administration. She joined the Sigouin Financial Group Inc. in 2020 as the Administrative and Marketing Associate.
In 2017, she obtained her certificate in Office Administration at Mohawk College. In 2019, she graduated from College Boreal in the Social Service Worker program.
Jessie easily makes everyone feel welcomed and enjoys helping people reach their goal. She loves making a difference in her community and volunteers at a few organizations.
When Jessie is not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors or on a farm. She also likes spending time with family and friends.

John began his career as a financial security advisor in 1990 and grew a successful practice in the Montreal / Ottawa area. He later became a director with a large bank firm supporting their agency planners with risk management solutions in the high net worth market. In 2005, he joined Great-West Life as the Eastern Ontario regional director for life insurance and was appointed to advanced case consultant for Eastern and Northern Ontario in 2012 to support advisors working in the large case individuals and business owners markets.
Frédérik is a Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of accounting practice experience in the National Capital Region. He has completed specialized tax training courses offered by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and specializes in Canadian taxation.
During this experiment, Frédérik carried out tax planning mandates with private business owners, professionals and farmers in order to develop tax strategies that allow them to accumulate wealth and minimize the tax burden.
Robert has been in the securities industry for over 15 years with positions at MD Management, Investpro Securities, Rice Financial, and CIBC. Rob started in financial services in 1997 with Canada Trust as a bank teller while studying at university. He began taking industry courses and became licensed in 1999.
Rob successfully built a securities practice at two different institutions from scratch.

Rob is a married father of four who spends most of his time outside work at children’s sports events and coaching minor hockey, and developed a goal-tending training program used by a number of minor hockey associations.

Jared is an experienced, results-oriented asset manager and financial planner with more than 13 years of investment experience. He has an extensive background, which includes an excellent understanding of capital markets, strong verbal and written communication skills. He has over 5 years of investment advisor experience at BMO Nesbitt Burns, institutional portfolio analysis as well as coaching clients the principles of investing.
Jared joined Great-West Life in January 2011 as an Investment Consultant, bringing his extensive experience in the financial planning industry to the organization's clients and advisors. In this capacity, he provides assistance and education to financial security advisors at Freedom 55 Financial and London Life in delivering value-added knowledge and service to their clients. In May of 2017, Jared transitioned to the expanded role of Regional Sales Manager, Wealth Management for Northern Ontario.
Jared has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Toronto @ Scarborough. He holds the designation of Certified Financial Planner (CFP), is a Certified Investment Manager (CIM) as well as being a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI). He has also completed Level 1 of Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) program. Jared has also completed various industry course including Canadian Securities Course, Conducts and Practices and is licensed to sell life insurance products in Ontario.
Kelvin jy. He has worked as an account manager and a financial Planner for Schedule A bank. Mosoined Canada Life in 2012. As a Private Wealth Counsellor, Kelvin works with the client’s financial security advisor as a team to develop and implement a customized investment and estate plan, providing expert guidance to help preserve, build and transfer wealth.
Prior to joining Canada Life, Kelvin held a variety of increasingly responsible positions in the investment industry recently Kelvin has worked as a Sales Director for a private investment firm.
Kelvin has completed the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2006. He has also completed the Professional Financial Planning course, Canadian Securities course, and Canadian Insurance course.
Prior to joining Great-West Life in 2011, John held tax and accounting roles with Ernst & Young and KPMG. He is a graduate of the University of Windsor, and holds Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA) designations. John has completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In-depth Tax course and has taught Advanced Corporate Tax at Western University’s Richard Ivey School of Business.
In his current role, he is responsible for sales strategy development and supports all individual wealth strategies by creating tax and planning articles, communicating changes in tax legislation and providing expertise on product solutions.
